Composed of:

• Melissa leaf (Melissa officinalis L)
• Flower /hawthorn leaf (Crataegus monogyna Jacq./oxyacantha auct)
• Linden (Tilia cordata Miller., T. platyphyllos Scop., Tilia x vulgaris B. Heyne)
• St. John's Wort (Hypericum perforatum L)
• Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum Nees)
• Chamomile flower (Matricaria chamomilla L)

Vegan product.

Infuse 1 sachet into 250 ml of water at 100ºC.

Wait between 4-5 minutes and then take.

Take 1-2 infusions a day, mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
