With clean hands, fold the menstrual cup using whichever of the methods you find the easiest, and insert the cup into the vagina at a 45-degree angle (towards the anus, not upwards).
Once you have inserted the cup, gently turn the base of the cup or slide it out slightly to let in a little air so that the top ring opens well and a vacuum is created.
It's important to sterilize once a month before the beginning of the period with the enna box.
