It consists of Fertility Gel and Fertility Cap.
The gel helps improve sperm viability and promotes fertility in the cervical mucus. The Fertility Cap is a reusable medical device made of liquid medical grade silicone, which is soft and flexible, and biocompatible with the vaginal mucosa.

Apply 2 mL of Fertility Gel inside the vagina with the help of the syringe, every night before going to bed, during the 2 days before ovulation, and throughout the fertile window.
On these days, have intercourse at least 3 times, approximately 48 hours apart to facilitate adequate sperm production.
After ejaculation, inside the vagina, reapply 2 mL of Fertility Gel and insert Fertility Cap all the way into the vagina. In this way, the Fertility Cap will help the sperm travel through the vagina to reach the seminal sac and cervix.
Once inserted, wait for about 20 minutes. The Fertility Cap will keep the sperm close to the cervix, in a favorable pH environment, and with the right concentration of salts, thanks to the Fertility Gel.
To remove, sit in the tub and pull the guide wire. The guide wire is designed to facilitate extraction by pulling through the balls that make it up. The Fertility Cap will stop applying pressure and come out easily. It is normal for semen fluid, cervical mucus, and intimate fluids to be present when removing the Fertility Cap.
