Wash your face and dry it carefully.

Moisturize your skin with a non-oil based cream and/or eye serum as you would do every day.

Apply the amount of a rice grain on your finger. 

Warm the product between your fingers for 5 seconds.

Gently apply the product to the crease of your upper eyelid from the inner to the outer corner. Work it out even a little higher towards your brow bone if necessary. Avoid the moving part of the upper eyelid.

Keep your eyes closed for about 3–4 minutes.
